Acute Care

Businessman shaking hands with a doctor.Where should you go for medical care when you are sick or injured? How do you decide whether to go to an emergency room or to an acute care clinic? If you are experiencing life-threatening or severe conditions, call 911 or go directly to an emergency department.

105 Express Care is available for illnesses or injuries that need to be evaluated that day. The clinic offers walk-in appointments on a first-come, first-served basis. Appointments can be scheduled by calling the clinic at 936-760-8500.

105 Express Care accepts most insurance and Medicare. Our cash prices are very competitive and less than an emergency room.
